      That quality of balsamic vinegar is for strawberries and ice cream, not tomatoes and mozzarella.

        I love Barry's comment about the balsamic, but the thing is you can't have something identical/similar to aged balsamic vinegar because it gets to be that fabulous specifically from the particular vinegar-making process that this vinegar undergoes...and it's a long and hand-done process, which makes the end product quite expensive. The culture and heritage of making traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena (aceto balsamico tradizionale de Modena DOP) is amazing! Modena is definitely a worthwhile tour destination...to learn about this gorgeous process that results in really expensive--and wonderful--vinegar. Cheers!

                                Coffee tea??? No thanks! But yeah, a good balsamic vinegar is worth its weight.

                                You ever thought of doing a show about fixing up leftovers? I'm single and often have tons of random items in my refrigerator, and I find it fun to put meals together from my leftovers.

                                  One Christmas I was given a bottle of true balsamic vinegar from Modena Italy. That stuff in the supermarket just doesn't carry it anymore. I only buy true balsamic from Modena. I apply it with an eyedropper, LOL! From that point on I have never looked back. It's worth every penny.

                                                When I heard the first item was a "Butter making set", I honestly went "wha-?" when I heard the first recipe.
                                                Making butter is so simple that you can basically make it by pouring some cream in a plastic bottle and shaking it vigourously for a few minutes.
                                                Look up #Buttertoastchallenge if you don't believe me.

                                                        I remember at summer camp we made butter in cleaned out baby food jars by shaking the cream ourselves. It was actually really fun and tasted great! That butter kit is such a disappointment... I feel so bad for anyone tricked into buying it..

                                                                          All you need to make butter is heavy cream, a stand mixer, and some cheese cloth or a strainer. Salt optional. I added the coffee tea to my Amazon wishlist

                                                                                            You might think that balsamic is expensive, but have you ever calculated the price per liter of ink jet printer ink? Why aren't we all licking our print-outs all day, that stuff must taste amazing!
